TURN AROUND TIME (TAT)


Since each order is handcrafted, we will need you to allow us at least 7-10 business days to process your order.  Rest assured that we strive to complete your order before the turn around time.


SHIPPING


Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  The tracking information will be sent to your email address. 

We combine orders placed on the SAME day.  Ensure that a note is indicated in the field when you checkout.  We will refund you of shipping overages at the time of shipment.  You will be notified if shipping will cost more than the indicated shipping rate.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure accurate shipping address is entered.  Returned packages will be subject to partial refund to cover the cost of shipping materials.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  Please file a complaint to your local post office.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  Feel free to contact us if you are unsatisfied with our products.  We will be happy to help you resolve your issue.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


Note that since the products are handcrafted in small batches, colors may slightly vary from one batch to another.  Rest assured, that fresh and high quality ingredients are used for every batch.
